Flowering and fruitset in grapevines
Provides a comprehensive review of all the relevant scientific international research on the subject of fruitset - very little of which has been conducted in Australia.
The book identifies several factors that can have a detrimental or positive effect on fruitset - including selection of planting material, use of rootstocks and timing of prunings. Site selection is considered one of the most critical factors.
